Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
  Our shipping and handling rates are simple, for both Canada & US Shipping, our rates are as follows:

Spend under $99 = $8.00
Spend over $99 = FREE SHIPPING

All shipments are sent Expedited via Canada Post.

Please note that our fees do not include any VAT taxes or Import Duties that may be assessed.

Rush Shipping available at an additional charge.
When will I receive my Shipment?
  Items will ship within 1-3 business days.  Within Canada all items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  You should receive your order within Canada in 2-7 business days from the date it was shipped.  Items traveling across the country to Quebec for example, will be approximately 5 business days. 

Items traveling to the US should arrive within approximately 6-10 business days, via Canada Post US Expedited Parcel.  US orders, please review our Return Policy.


I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
How do I return an item?
  HASSLE FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 
We are thrilled you placed an order with us and want you to be equally thrilled with your order. If something isn't right, if you aren't entirely pleased with the fit, color, or style, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. All products must be unused, have original labels attached, and be in their original box with tissue paper/wrapping. If these terms and conditions are not met Gorgeous & Green reserves the right to deny the return or charge a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number, as we cannot process returns & exchanges without this number.

EXCHANGES ARE FREE!
For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order (contact us by email or phone) and once we receive your returned item, we'll ship the replacement item to you free of charge. If there is a price difference on the item(s), we will either credit or charge you for the difference. Free exchange shipping only applies to your initial exchange. If subsequent exchanges ensue, you will be charged shipping. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number, as we cannot process returns & exchanges without this number.

EASY RETURNS!

For returns, we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned (please note that initial shipping charges are not refunded). Please be certain the package is insured for the full value of the item(s) and send the item prepaid to: Gorgeous & Green, Box 2786, Fernie, BC V0B 1M0 Please email us for a Return Authorization Number, as we cannot process returns & exchanges without this number.

Additionally we apologize that free shipping on exchanges and returns does not apply to international customers.
